Mental Health Benefits of Activity.
There is a wealth of research that demonstrates positive mental health benefits of engaging in activities. Whether it be gardening, walking or painting, activities can have a positive impact on our mental and physical health.
Isolation can be a significant factor in health issues and there are added health benefits to sharing an activity with others and reducing social isolation as a result. That is one of the reasons behind our programme of activities at 1in4 People.
